Cargo

Cargo: From the Old Portuguese, carricare: to load. My life’s cargo is now loaded onto a 15 x 12 x 8 transport pod. It will soon depart to become a dot on the horizon.

Cargo: Another base word for cargo is cargar, Spanish for burdens.

You must learn to let go. Release your burdens. You were never in control anyway.
       ------Steve Maraboli
I am aware of some heavy lifting. Worries and regrets. Fears and anger. Burdens press down like a heavy weight. I choose to release them.
-------G. Hill
There is nothing more important to true growth than realizing that you are not the heavy voice of your mind – you are the one who hears, untethers and then releases it.
-----Michael A. Singer, The Untethered Soul
Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and railing, be put away from you, with all malice and be kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, even as God also in Christ forgave you.
       -------Ephesians 4:31-32
Release

I find myself in the glance
Of dancing golden branch.
Watching a lone yellow leaf
Beg for its release.
Twisting, turning----
It's life learning.
Transforming to its
Soft new landing.
           ------ G Hill
So, I boxed up the negative emotions, the heaviest of cargos, labeled them "to be discarded" and watched them roll away . . ..
Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.
     ---- George Addair
How would our live be different if we let go what we cannot control? Let today be the day…Release yourself from burdens, seize the day and take effective action on things you can change.
