Yesterday's post was about anticipation.  Today's is about maintaining mindfulness as our calendars begin to bulge. The season of busy-busy-busy is fast approaching.

Mindfulness is that inner space where you can go anytime, anywhere.  It is a space that reclaims your "quiet knowings".
