An endless aching need"

The Hungry Shapeshifter

Love is a hungry shapeshifter. It is aloneness, a baby's cry, an elusive melody, an empty page wanting words, a canvas begging for color, the void needing form, a lens urging focus, the shore calling back the tides, fertile ground waiting for seed, and a temple for the One who dwells within, calling us homeward.

In the spring becomes the rose.
