This will all make sense when I am older . . .. ------Olaf, Disney Movie, Frozen

Well Olaf, I am older now . . . and I have reams of information at my fingertips.

Yet I am wondering when things will all makes sense.
????????????
Need For Verification . . .
We have so many devices spewing multitudes of voices. Megaphones blast and holler through a myriad of lenses. Dangers lurk. We check for authenticity. No, I am not a robot. Yesterday I texted a friend, Is this really you? Hmmm. I mused about asking God, the same question. Is this really you? Is this your voice in my ear? Is this your intention for my life? Can you send me your authenticity code so I can be sure?
Then I Heard . . .
I ALREADY DID.

The Patience of a Seed There is much I do not know or understand, but I have been given a model. Jesus Christ is my code whose life seeded us with love and light. And if I am in the dark, well, that is where seeds grow best. I will continue to trust and sow the seeds of good will. Fabiene Fredrickson reminds us that the day a seed is planted is not the day we eat the fruit. I lean on the patience of the seed . . . a seed that generates through the ages. No power outages here. -----G. Hill

My Garden Within Clippers and snippers, My garden tools Clear tangled holds And knots so bold, They present a mighty cling. When all I need is The faith of a mustard seed, To grow my garden within. -----G. Hill

Some days the world is too loud for a quiet soul. ----J. Rose

God speaks in the silence of the heart where love grows. Listening is the beginning of prayer. ----Mother Teresa

The Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Prince of Peace. -----Isaiah 7:14, 9:6

This was a really good word this morning as I face the day.
Thanks.
