My purple constellation Defies imagination. Clematis so inventive In seeking my attention. Like the stars she rises, O 're trellis she sprawls, Up to my window From there she calls. "Come out and play!" She beams my way Her rays so persistent And insistent. On the days I decline, This meteoric vine, My shutters assist And give her a wink.
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. Phil 4:8
