yes, fix our gaze on things unseen – hard for me to let go of whatever I am worrying about today and to focus on the eternal- I keep reminding myself that I have so much to be grateful for!

I also have to lift myself out of the grasp of worries and fears. They can grab hold. But then a hummingbird flits by my window and I fly with them.
